Ensar Muharemović

Ensar MUHAREMOVIĆ is a Research Fellow and the editor of Strategic Notes at ESILUX. He is a political scientist specializing in comparative politics, political discourse, and post-conflict governance.

His research focuses on democratization, peacebuilding, and the political legacies of war, with particular attention to EU enlargement and post-conflict institutional contexts.

He combines systematic text-based analysis with qualitative methods to examine parliamentary discourse, political narratives, and elite strategies, contributing to strategic analyses of European political stability, democratic resilience, and post-conflict institutional development.

He earned his PhD in political science from the University of Luxembourg in 2024.
