Yelyzaveta Vishniakova

Yelyzaveta VISHNIAKOVA is a Research Fellow and Director of Communications at ESILUS. She holds a Master’s degree in International Communications from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Master’s degree in European Governance from the University of Luxembourg. Her academic and professional profile combines expertise in international development, decentralisation, and strategic communication with research-focused training in European governance.

Her research interests centre on foreign and defence policy, party politics, democratic backsliding in wartime contexts, and EU enlargement policy.
